In Case of  Emergency, we will stop working on other projects, freeing our technicians to resolve your problem immediatey.

* A Diagnostic Fee of $35.00 applies to Service Labor on all Desktop PC's.  Laptop Diagnostics are $50.00 and apply to Service Labor as well.   Diagnostic Fees apply whenever customer decides not to have us repair the unit.  

**  All On-site Calls are billed with a minimum charge of One Hour.  Travel, Fuel, and/or Mileage Charges may also apply.   Emergency, After-hours, Weekends, & Holidays are billed portal-to-portal with a one-hour minimum.

Service
